Program & Project Management
The Program and Project Management module provides a central point of visibility and control across your programs and projects. It allows you to set strategic goals, plan and track costs, manage time, minimise risks, mitigate issues and manage changes on your programs, projects and sub-projects. It also provides you with an automated, real-time, steering committee report.
Below is a screenshot of a dashboard showing the programs and projects across the whole organization. The dashboard gives you a quick overview of the status for each program and project:

In the example above both of the tables are sorted by the RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status of the programs and projects. You can easily change the sort order by clicking on the heading of a column.
You can click on the red bars showing the number of open actions, risks, issues or change requests. This will take you to a detailed list of those open items.
Each of the tables can be exported to either Excel or to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file.
Benefits
This module allows you to:
- Set the strategic direction of the organization, program or project through Benefits Realisation and track the progress toward those targets
- Draw up a budget for a program or project
- Baseline a budget and track approved changes
- Track expenses against the orginal budget
- Plan work breakdown structures and track the progress against that breakdown
- Allow users to enter timesheets against their allocated tasks, non-billable activities or ad-hoc tasks
- Define the milestones for a program or project
- Track the progress against each milestone
- Keep a risk register with action plans
- Track any issues with action plans
- Record and manage change requests on your program or project
Who uses it?
This module would typically be used by program and project directors or managers. You can also provide read-only access to any stakeholders or steering committee members to give them a realtime view of the progress on your programs and projects.
